Recent photos of the movie Power Rangers re-emerge. After showing off the character of the hero, this time turn the role of antagonist that is known to be played by Elizabeth Banks.
Role as Rita Repulsa, director of Pitch Perfect 2 (2015) are performed with a scary expression while wearing clothes sharp shades of green and the rope around his neck. Ornaments long nails with gold color also wrap his fingers and predicted it would be one of the flagship weapon.
Banks appearance as Rita Repulsa was widely criticized in the film because of the character of this new version is considered to shift too far from the original figure, which Repulsa has white hair shaped horns, a stick, and not as minimalist appearance now.
"This is obviously something that is modern and does not have to come back like Rita Repulsa previously. Besides, I have never played a villain, dominate the world, and has a very unpredictable character," said Banks quoted from Aceshowbiz.
Directed by Dean Israel, the new Power Rangers movie version is planned for release on March 24, 2017. The film tells about a group of ordinary high school students who find themselves to have extraordinary power. Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, Becky G., Ludi Lin, and R.J. Cyler are the names that will be involved in a movie about the five-colored hero.
